first conference
The first Conference, in the Kyrgyz Republic, on Breast Cancer Advocacy was held on November 1, 2007 to the end of October. October is called pink month, because it is admitted as a month of fight against Breast Cancer all over the world.
The main goal of the Conference was improvement of Kyrgyzstan's community awareness in Breast Cancer problems. The Conference was coordinated by Public Foundation "Ergene" and by American NGO "Resource & Policy Exchange".
